ATHENS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: 16th AIRLINE WORKSHOP
AIA wished to communicate the 2016 strategy to all participants: The provision of tailor made support based on the needs of each and every airline partner. Inspired by the strategy itself we created the “we tailor made it” concept that unfolded throughout the event, setting AIA as the enabler of a holistic experience. Upon the moment of their arrival, attendees entered a multilevel set up: a traditional tailoring shop with characteristic props combined with high-end technology element fully aligned to AIA’s scope of work. As the event flow progressed the experience was heightened by the entertainment acts and interactive content gimmicks that enhanced the overall atmosphere. The closing act – an award ceremony conducted as a fashion show, presented creations inspired by the destinations each airline company was activated, in order to honour and reward them.
